From the Principal's Desk
Greetings Parents, Caregivers and Whanau, Week 9, Thursday 27th of June 2024
Mid Year - Interim reports
Next week we will send home mid-year reports on the progress of your child/ren for the first part of this year. Please understand we have had many students and teachers away with sickness and will aim to get all reports out. If you need any clarification on
Winter blues
At this time of the year, we need to remember good hygiene with the common cold and other bugs during winter. General good hygiene habits help -
- Wash hands before eating.
- If you have to blow your nose or cough try to do this into tissue. Then dispose of tissues in the rubbish.
- If sick try to stay home and rest.
- Let us know if your child is sick, this makes the absence justifiable due to sickness. We can also track the sickness, inform others and get outside Health agency support where needed.
Surveys
Uniform Survey update - We appreciate everyone who completed the survey. This survey has now finished and we will be taking it to the next BOT meeting to look at the results and will update you next term.
Jump in June and Jumping into July
On Wednesday 3rd of July from 2 pm - Please join us for the fun as we will be running a fundraiser for the Heart Foundation, We will be Skipping for fun and improving our fitness skills in June with a skip-off in July! Remember last chance to gain sponsors. Students/families will be able to start ordering their prizes. The great news is this will be a piece of cake. All people with a profile will be notified by email that the only way to order their prize is through their profile page
